Riley County commissioners were updated on recent crime trends Monday morning. Riley County Police Department Capt. Josh Kyle told commissioners burglaries have decreased so far in 2016 after trending upward in November and December. “At the end of 2015 we did not have a good news to report as far as crime trends,” he said.
