A 61-year-old Kansas Department of Corrections Inmate serving time in a Geary County rape case is up for possible parole and public comment sessions. Henry Swan was sentenced in 1993 in connection with the February 1992 offense and most recently has been serving his time at Huntchinson.
Public Comment sessions are set for December 14th at Kansas City’s City Hall, December 16th at the Derby Police and Courts building, and the 18th at the Topeka Municipal Court House. Letters may also be sent to the Prisoner Review Board with the KDOC in Topeka.
Swan’s parole hearing will be in January of 2016, with the earliest possible release date in February.
