A bodyguard for Justin Bieber was indicted Tuesday in Atlanta on charges of robbery and entering a vehicle, in connection with a confrontation he had with a photographer last month.
Police in nearby Sandy Springs have said Justin and his entourage were at an entertainment complex when the bodyguard, Hugo Hesny, had a confrontation with the photographer, Jason Winslow, who took off in his car. Hesny and Justin's driver, Terrance Johnson, subsequently followed Winslow, then snatched a 10-thousand-dollar camera from him and drove with it to the home Justin is renting in Atlanta, police said at the time.
Johnson was also arrested in connection with the incident.
Hesny is currently free on bond.
