Charles Hargrove
A 43-year-old Kansas Department of Corrections inmate being held on a Geary County voluntary manslaughter conviction has apparently been passed over for parole. Charles Hargrove had been part of September public comment sessions, but the KDOC website indicates his earliest possible release date is now October of 2016.
Hargrove was convicted of voluntary manslaughter in 1993 and also faced a manufacturing drug conviction in Geary County from 1990.
