Pottawatomie County Justice Center
A Wichita man has entered a no contest plea in Pottawatomie County to vehicle burglary and felony theft. James Shirley, 21, entered the plea Tuesday in Pottawatomie County District Court in connection with a stolen vehicle case reported near St. George earlier this month, which resulted in a law enforcement chase.
Sentencing has been set for October 16th.
Shirley’s co-defendant, Dalton Flax, 19, also has pled to the same charges and his sentencing date is the same as Shirley’s.
