Officers with the Riley County Police Department filed a report for and are investigating a vehicle burglary and criminal use of a financial card upon discovering an unknown subject entered an unsecured vehicle in the 900 block of Bluemont. Police were told that a Macbook Pro, wallet, phone, Wacom Tablet, chargers, financial cards and cash were removed from the vehicle which left Taylor Kacks, 22, of Manhattan the victim. The total estimated loss is approximately $3,800. Suspects are currently unknown.
