Graphic details made public Wednesday by the Riley County District Court Clerk’s office, allege 130 counts of sexual abuse perpetrated by Manhattan restaurant owner Robert Iacobellis against three underage victims.

Iacobellis was initially charged with one count of rape and two counts of aggravated indecent liberties with a child in three separate incidents involving young girls. An amended complaint filed this week saw that number skyrocket, adding 127 new charges. All told, Iacobellis faces one count of rape, three counts of aggravated criminal sodomy, one count of aggravated indecent solicitation and 124 counts of aggravated indecent liberties.

The alleged rape victim, identified in court records only as NH, is currently 16 years old. The amended complaint lists a total of 93 charges involving the said victim. It states she was raped sometime between August 2012 and May 2013, when she was either 9 or 10 years old. The complaint also alleges three charges of aggravated criminal sodomy, occurring on three separate occasions. Numerous other counts of aggravated indecent liberties and aggravated indecent solicitation are also alleged to have continued between January 2012 and December 2018.

The two other victims, identified as LW and AS, allege numerous counts of aggravated indecent liberties. The complaint lists 25 counts involving LW on multiple occasions in 2018 when she was 15. The complaint also lists 12 counts involving AS on multiple occasions in 2018, when she was 10 years old.

The Riley County Police Department says the case against Iacobellis is an ongoing criminal investigation. They’re encouraging others with additional information to contact lead Detective Brian Johnson at 785-473-2323.

Iacobellis will appear with newly appointed counsel at 1 p.m. Tuesday for a status conference in front of Judge William Malcolm. He remains jailed on a $500,000 bond.
