Shadow Hosier, 27, of Manhattan was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department on February 5, 2016, at approximately 1 p.m. Hosier was arrested on two warrants for probation violation. Police arrested 28-year old Lucas Brown, of Larned, while at the Riley County Police Department Thursday at approximately 3:45 p.m. Brown was arrested on a warrant for the offense of failure to appear with the original offense listed as a motion to revoke parole for the offense of driving while under the influence of alcohol.
