MANHATTAN, KAN. –

Officers filed a report for theft in the 300 block of Thurston St. in Manhattan on January 14, 2020, at approximately 11:30 PM. Officers listed a 61-year-old male as the victim when he reported an unknown suspect took money from his residence. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $13,350.00. Police ask that anyone with information please contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Officers filed a report for aggravated assault in Manhattan on January 14, 2020, at approximately 9:30 PM. Officers listed a 20-year-old female as the victim and a known 20-year-old male as the suspect. Due to the nature of the crime reported (domestic), no additional information will be released.

Officers filed a report for theft in the 5000 block of Murray Road in Manhattan on January 14, 2020, at approximately 4:45 PM. Officers listed a 65-year-old male as the victim when he reported an unknown suspect took his 1971 Chevrolet Monte Carlo. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $500.00. Police ask that anyone with information please contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers.
