Officers filed a report for aggravated assault in the 1900 block of Strong Avenue in Manhattan on October 2, 2019 at approximately 2:40 PM. Officers listed a 41-year-old female as the victim when it was reported a known male suspect pointed a gun at the victim. Oliver Raglin Jr., 56, of Junction City was arrested in connection on an offense of aggravated assault. Raglin Jr. was issued a total bond of $5,000.00. Raglin Jr. was not confined at the time of this report.

Officers filed a report for animal cruelty in the 4200 block of Prairie Country Lane in Riley on October 2, 2019 at approximately 8:50 AM. Officers listed a male (age not listed) from Riley as the victim when he reported an unknown suspect shot his Long Horn Cow. Officers filed a report for rape in Manhattan on October 2, 2019. Officers listed a 20-year-old female as the victim and a male known to her as the suspect. Due to the nature of the crime reported, no additional information will be released.

Officers filed a report for aggravated robbery, aggravated battery, and aggravated assault in the 2500 block of Farm Bureau Road in Manhattan on October 2, 2019 at approximately 4:50 PM. Officers listed a 20-year old male as the victim of aggravated robbery and aggravated battery. A 57-year-old male was listed as the victim of aggravated assault with two male suspects (one known, one unknown) in the case. The 20-year-old victim was transported to Via Christi for treatment of injuries including a gunshot wound. No arrests have been made at this time.
