Officers filed a report for indecent liberties with a child and unlawful transmission of visual depiction of a child in Manhattan on February 13, 2019, at approximately 8:40 AM. Officers listed a 14-year-old female as the victim and a 14-year-old male as the suspect. Due to the nature of the crime reported, no further information will be released.
Joseph Stepney, 40 of Manhattan was arrested while at the Riley County District Court in Manhattan on February 13, 2019, at approximately 6:15 PM. Stepney was arrested on the offenses of parole violation. Stepney was issued no bond, causing him to remain confined at the time of this report.
