Officers listed the Riley County Police Department as the victim when a known male suspect damaged glass in two doors.  John Gottler, 35, of Manhattan was arrested in connection on the offenses of criminal damage to property and interference with a law enforcement officer.  Gottler was issued a total bond of $2,000.00. Officers listed a 23-year-old female as the victim and a 24-year-old male known to her as the suspect. Cody Meyer was arrested in connection on the offenses of aggravated sexual battery.  Meyers was issued a total bond of $5,000.00. Meyers was still confined at the time of this report. Due to the nature of the crime reported, no additional information will be released.
