Officers filed a report for burglary and criminal damage to property in the 1900 block of Indiana Ln in Manhattan on April 11, 2019, at approximately 3:30 PM. Officers listed James Murphy, 74 of Manhattan as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect damaged a door and took jewelry and cash. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $1,100.00.  Police ask that anyone with information please contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.00.

Paul Foltz, 76 of Manhattan was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department on April 11, 2019, at approximately 10:55 AM. Foltz was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear. Foltz was issued a total bond of $5,000.00. Foltz was no longer confined at the time of this report.

Kentrall Lewis, 26 of Manhattan was arrested in Manhattan on April 11, 2019, at approximately 4:50 PM. Lewis was arrested on the offense of aggravated domestic battery. Lewis was issued a total bond of $10,000.00. Lewis was still confined at the time of this report.
