Officers filed a report for burglary and criminal damage to property in the 1100 block of College Ave in Manhattan on April 3, 2019, at approximately 2:40 PM. Officers listed Brooklyn Lonker, 23 of Eudora as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect damaged a window and took a backpack containing misceallaneous items. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $914.00. Police ask that anyone with information please contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.00.

Edward Williams, 32 of Manhattan was arrested in the 1000 block of Garden Way in Manhattan on April 3, 2019, at approximately 10:05 AM. Williams was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for probation violation and on the offenses of possession of opiate, opium, narcotic or certain stimulant. Williams was issued a total bond of $5,000.00. Williams was still confined at the time of this report.

Amanda Cathcart, 33 of Ogden was arrested in the 100 block of N 4th St in Manhattan on April 3, 2019, at approximately 5:05 PM. Cathcart was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear. Cathcart was issued a total bond of $5,000.00. Cathcart was no longer confined at the time of this report.

Frederick Swinson, 31 of Manhattan was arrested in the 1300 block of Fort Riley Blvd in Manhattan on April 3, 2019, at approximately 8:05 PM. Swinson was arrested on four Riley County District Court warrants for four counts of failure to appear. Swinson was issued a total bond of $36,050.00. Swinson was still confined at the time of this report.
