Officers filed a report for aggravated assault and criminal damage to property in the 2500 block of Farm Bureau Rd. in Manhattan on June 6, 2019, at approximately 9:45 PM. Officers listed an 11-year-old male as the victim and a known 13-year-old male as the suspect when the victim reported the suspect punctured his bicycle tires with a knife.

Kyle Pruyn Jr., 28, of Manhattan was arrested while in the 800 block of N 3rd St. in Manhattan on June 5, 2019, at approximately 11:00 PM. Pruyn was arrested on offenses of possession of methamphetamine, use/possess with the intent to use drug paraphernalia and driving while suspended. Pruyn was issued a total bond of $5,000.00 causing him to remain confined at the time of this report.

Justin Freed, 34, of Manhattan was arrested while in the 1300 block of Flint Hills Pl. in Manhattan on June 5, 2019, at approximately 11:45 PM. Free was arrested on offenses of driving while suspended, possession of opiate, opium, narcotic or certain stimulant, possession of paraphernalia, use/possess with the intent to use drug paraphernalia and a Riley County District Court warrant for probation violation. Freed was issued a total combined bond of $15,000.00 causing him to remain confined at the time of this report.

Jennifer Callahan, 25, of Manhattan was arrested while in the 1300 block of Flint Hills Pl. in Manhattan on June 5, 2019, at approximately 1:30 AM. Callahan was arrested on offenses of possession of paraphernalia, possession of opiate, opium, narcotic or certain stimulant and use/possess with the intent to use drug paraphernalia. Callahan was issued a total bond of $7,000.00 causing her to remain confined at the time of this report.
