Officers listed Briggs Auto Group as the victim when it was reported a known suspect took a Lexus from the business. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $35,000.00.
Sara Boatman, 27, of Manhattan was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department on August 8, 2108 at approximately 12:15 PM. Boatman was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear. Boatman was issued a total bond of $35,000.00 causing her to remain confined at the time of this report.
Jason Ward, 47, of Manhattan was arrested while in the 4400 block of Tuttle Creek Blvd. in Manhattan on August 8, 2018 at approximately 7:40 AM. Ward was arrested on offenses of distribute certain stimulant, use/possess paraphernalia and possession of paraphernalia. Ward was issued a total bond of $10,000.00. Ward was not confined at the time of this report.
Jesse Mitcham, 26, of Manhattan was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department on August 8, 2018 at approximately 5:00 PM. Mitcham was arrested on offenses of burglary, stalking, attempted aggravated burglary, criminal damage to property, possession of marijuana (x2), use/possess with the intent to use drug paraphernalia (x2). Mitcham was issued a total bond of $20,000.00 causing him to remain confined at the time of this report.
