Taylor Swift’s new music video debuted early Monday morning, then was pulled, then officially premiered later in the day. It’s a little confusing, we know.

Initially, the clip for “Blank Space,” a track off Taylor’s smash album, 1989, was accidentally posted by Yahoo Music, then yanked. Its director, Joseph Kahn, acknowledged the error on Twitter, writing, “Yup. Yahoo effed up. Wait to see the Blank Space video. Let Taylor introduce it herself. It’ll be worth it :)”

Later on Monday, the video officially premiered on Vevo. The plot focuses on Taylor flipping out when she catches her beau texting another woman — apparently, a send-up of the media’s fascination with the singer’s love life.
