According to a new study… the Border collie is man’s best friend.Researchers ranked each breed on cost, intelligence, health, lifespan and ease of grooming.The Border collie topped the list because of its intelligence, obedience, and average lifespan of 12-years. The bulldog was on the other end of the list and rated as the most overrated dog.And the Border terrier was named the most over-looked treasure.
