An anonymous tipper in Houston left a $9,400 tip at Irma’s Southwest just hours after it was announced that all bars and restaurants would have to close to the public due to the coronavirus outbreak.
“Hold tip to pay your guys over the next few weeks,” was written on the receipt.
The staff said they will distribute it equally, which will net each employee $300.
