I shouldn’t be surprised that people are doing this, but I am.
The Next Great Internet Argument is over toasters. Specifically, over whether or not to put the appliance away when you’re not using it.
Yes, I know.
This ridiculousness started with this tweet:
Right – do you put your toaster away after you've used it or do you leave it out on the counter?

And was subsequently picked up by a Philadelphia news station:
Do you put your toaster away after you’ve used it or do you leave it out on the counter? Vote and be a part of our Big Talker segment on @6abc at 4.

As for the debate, I mean, really, it comes down to the space you have available in your kitchen, doesn’t it? I mean, if you have limited room, you pack that sucker away after usage. If you’re a big man, you’ve got lots a counter space, you leave it out.
There, I solved one Internet issue. Let’s see what else I can solve before lunch.
